How can I cope with depression after losing my (pet dog) furry friend? I have to take the NEET exam in four months and I feel like I can’t study or do anything anymore.

It may be an adjustment issue.it ll follow it's normal course of human emotion,but yes if it is disabling and has started affecting your daily living then you may need pharmacotherapy or psychotherapy but before that you need proper evaluation.so don't hesitate to go for a consultation
