I have strong family history of diabetes , my father and sister are recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes . I am obese and advised to take following medicines 1. orlisis 120 mg half hour before lunch for 2 Months. 2. bonether 60k once a week for 4 weeks Also I am suffering from OCD and taking voxinix 100 mg twice , etilaam 0.25 twice , clonil 50mg , risdone 1mg , pepdal-d . My question is 1. Is orlisis safe to use and will not cause any harm such as tumor/cancer/ulcer in intestine,colon,liver, stomach etc in future ? 2. Is there any other harmful side effects of above medicines and is there any drug interaction ? Please help me as I am very worried and confused should I take these or not ???

I am 55 years male and suffering from depression from last 18 years. First time doctor prescribed me serta 100 mg and medicines worked for 4 years and after that mdicines stop to work. IInd time different doctor prescribed Paxidep 37.5 mg, nexito 20 mg lamitor 200 mg and zapiz 0.25 mg. medicines worked for 8 years after that no positive result. At present taking prodep 80 mg ,lamitor 200 mg,ventab 225 mg quitipin 100 mg and clonil 150 mg daily and Taken 50 sessions of rTMS but no relief .

Hi doctor, I am 32 year old 96kg approx weight guy. I am married around 2019. I do not havw any bad habbit like drinking ans smoking. My sex life was good and i was able to maintain erection and able to penetration. But all of sudden since yesterday, my loosing erection as soon as i go for penetration. Because of this , i am now more anxicios. I have habbit of masturbation also...where i do daily when wife is not ready for sex and this masturabation helps me tp sleep also. Hello Doctors, My Wife, Age 27 year undergoing OCD treatment since our marriage about last 3.5 years. She was taking SERTALINE .We are not planning for baby for this medication, thought once medication stops or reduced we will plan for a child. We talk to doctor about our planning and doctors also gradually reducing dose of medicine but in 3.5 years I do not any satisfactory result of medicine. In the mean time I change my job and move to new city. We approach a new Doctor, we explain all things to doctor, Doctors advice’s to postpone our child planning for few months, and doctor wants result and wants to change medicine, Prescribed FLUNIL 40, CLONIL 25, ROSPITRIL 0.5. Last 20 days she was taking this medicine. Now Problem is she missed her period and we check for pregnancy and found positive. Consult Gynecologist, and Gynecologist said it has been 34 days she pregnant. Please suggest what to do now, Should we continue pregnancy? Or abort it and continue medication?

Chest pain in middle and opposite of back, Heavy breathing and weakness in full chest, plz help, complete lockdown in this area, i treated a pulmonologist 2 months ago, he gave me medicine namely, 1)Azithral 500 2) Digihaler FB200,3) flubloc nasal spray,4)cilapam-ls , 5) Clonil-10,6) Hifenac-th8 . He said 2,4,5 continued always. Yesterday I feel huge pain as a result left side of the chest nd left hand not working,then i went to a nearby medical nd they gave me 2 injection, i also done ECG, test shows normal also done chest x-ray, test shows normal, I am a huge smoker before, now i good bye smoke ,plzz plzz these medicine are not available here, Plz give me alternative of these medicine nd extra if required, there is no pulmonologist .

What is the difference between and what is the uses in these medicine  chlorpromazine Hcl-25mg and clozapine-25 mg ? Who is the safe for my health? Both medicine have solved my problem sleepiness but who is the best between in these two medicine?before use in two medicine I have taken also sleeping tablets but not gud results.so plz sugges me which medicine is between in these medicine. My problem is lake of self confidence and doubtful nature and sleepiness. What is my disease?
