I got a strong sneeze and my ear drum got a small repture. I consulted the nearst ENT who, after examining, gave me antibiotic tablet Cefpodoxime and some anti-histamine tablet for five days. He said that it will take time but the rapture will be filled by itself. After five days, I have no relief. From my right ear, which got raptured, I cannot hear low frequency sounds. this causes a humming sound in the left ear. I can hear with both ears but low frequencies are not heard on the raptured one.

I had acne like mass on my cheek 20 days back size about 0.6 cms red and shiny painful with no pus i used erytop with no improvement.pain decreased a little after 1wk but the size remained same its non healing and reddish pink in colour used cefpodoxime for a week.im getting doubt that may be its something dangerous can you suggest me something sir

Last Thursday i got Headache i though like its normal head ache , so i have taken tablet and its gone, On sat i visited Doctor he check the temperature , it shows 102 Deg , but i didn't feel like that because i don't have any vomting sensation and i am looks like normal person , he has given some tablets (DolokindPlus) and cefpodoxime and folic Acid , when i am taking Folic acid i am getting gaestric problem , can anyone suggest me what to do , i need to continue that medication or need to visit doctor again , slight head ache is there now

She has been delivery on 30th, after that she is having stomach ache and loose motions as well. I am sharing her ultrasound report of the abdomen and also the medicine. 1. My 4 year old daughter is suffering fro dry cough from 15 days. We are giving her honeytus but no effect. She get uncontrolled khasi at night while sleeping. I consulted pediatrician he gave her cefpodoxime and brox le syrup. She got took 2 doses of antibiotics but no effect on her khasi. What should I do now ? Should i weight to complete 5 doses of antibiotics? Will she get relief from.these medicines ?

Hello doctor, My son is 3 years old. Weight is 12.360 kgs. He has been suffering from fever for five days. On the first day temp is 104 F. From second day temperature is normal. Sometimes fever is 100 . He is active. Today we got his blood reports. CRP in his blood is 17.6 is it very serious? Dr told to admit. As he is active , I asked Dr to prescribe medicine. From the last 5 days suffering from fever . Temperature 100-101F if I take paracetamol 650 mg then fever becomes 99 but not further go down the temperature and time to time temperature increases. I have completed 4 days course of amoxyclav 625. But till temperature continue. Malaria typhoid test result normal.now doctor has prescribed azithromycin 500 and cefpodoxime tab for 3 days. Is it correct treatment ??

These days the typhoid fever is becoming an antibiotic resistant one. The antibiotics that used to treat typhoid for the same person for the same strain isn't working any longer. What antibiotics do you advice the patients to take during typhoid fever? Chloramphenicol, cefixime, cefuroxime axetil, azithromycin,cefpodoxime and their combinations are working well. Should a person go for higher class of antibiotics such as faropenem etc. Or what's your advice ?

I have throat pain and fever so doctor gicen me Amoxicillin 625 for 5 days,Fever gone but throat pain exist so doctor given me another antibiotics such as Dicloxacillin 500 and cefpodoxime 500 for 5 days(twice a day ) First the pain was gone but now i have again soo much pain in ny throat Blood check was done it was Normal Iam 21 years old adult please reply immediately
