Sinus Tachycardia

My mother is of 57 years of age.She has undergone an ECG today.The interpretation of ECG are Sinus Tachycardia and ST-T Abnormality V6 which the doctor has written in his prescription as Lateral wall Ischemia.The prescribed medicines are GTN Sorbitrate-CR and Prolomote XL 25.She also takes cetanil for pressure and clonotril 0.5 additionally. The doctor has given tests for hs-crp,lipid profile,TC,DC. But he has not advised for any test regarding thyroid. My queries are- a)Is the thyroid test in her case important? b)For a second opinion,I want to know whether the treatment plan is in right course. c)Can this condition be completely cured or she has to continue the medication . d)Does she have to take a restricted diet,because the doctor has not advised any. e)She has a symptom of bacillary dysentery for two weeks now.But otherwise she does not have any as such symptoms relating to heart problems .I want to know how severe this condition can be and what are necessary precautions.

Possible Dementia

My mom was treated by Dept. of Neuromedicine (Apollo Hospitals) for various pain in hands and legs during the year 2010-2012. She was referred to the a Psychiatrist at the same time. She had symptoms of depression and insomnia and slight memory loss. She has a family history of dementia . Her maternal uncles and mother were patient of Dementia. We informed the same. She was prescribed the below medicines Inspiral SR Nexito Clonotril Oleanz These drugs continued till 2013 where we decided not continue them further without discussion. Since 2014 her condition has deteriorated rapidly and currently has all the below symptoms. Acute Memory loss Talks about people and events of pasts with not current co-relation. Loss of communication skills - speaking & writing Disorientation to time and place Fear of people, agitation She was a teacher and retired in Dec 2014 due to the health condition. She is also aware of her health condition shows sings of unhappiness. Please advice

Gas and bloating

I have been suffering gastric problem from 4-5 days.a gastric pain is always upper abdominal means after chest there is a gastric pain always happening. I took medicine pan 40, omez 20,diegine gel. but it didn't work.then I took injection to reduce gastric pain. I notice that I can't tolerate lactose product, specially heavy sweet and curd also. I take normal curd not sweet curd after every lunch. but I notice it is too irritation my stomach and makes gastric pain. I eat nonveg.but I eat nonveg only daytime and at night I don't eat non veg. I like to eat green vegetables,almonds(2-3),fish soup, fruits like banana, cucumber,sometimes apple. I workout 3-4times a week. I prefer light food but nothing has changed. I have a problem pcos but I don't take medicine now. I take workout to reduce my weight. But one of my big problem is depression, anxiety. I am suffering depression from 14 years. I take medicine clonotril-2,stalopam20, Q-mind sr50 for a long time.help medoctor prescribes medicin

Autoimmune Encephilitis

My father was recently admitted to hospital after weakness /vomiting (low sodium). He was also diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephilitis based on inputs like .. (a) EEG = Abnormal awake EEG record s/o generalised seisure disorder. Pls r/o nonconvulsive status epilepticus (b) Very high levels of Anti TPO .... VGKC negative. (c) Brain MRI also indicated cerebellar atrophy, subtle T2 Flairs, lacunar infarcts, punctate calcification, prominent VR spaces, cystic gliotic areas, etc. Medications given: Inj Solumedrol, Uritin, Glycomet, Ecosprin, Cilacar, Rekool D, Liofen, Deplatte, Clonotril, Medrol, Frisium, Levipril, Tricaine, Inj Human Actrapid. Symptoms showed: general weakness, irrelevant talking, memory loss, difficulty in doing routine works, etc. He was hospitalised for about 7 days. Even after 15 days of start of medications /diagnosis, there is no big recovery.
