Dear Doctor, I've got itching around my testicals, on my naval just above abdomen (this is the area where it's too itchy), on my thigh & the right leg just upon the above the ankle. It's been 3 months & I've tried so many of medication like "Intraconazol 200mg capsule" I'm consuming since the day day I've got itching, beclomethasone dipropionate & clotrimazole cream, Ketoconazole Cream 2%,Sertaconazole nitrate cream 2% & many more. Please suggest me what should I do. I'm taking care of it as I've read the articles on it, but still there is no such improvement in it. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Had hair fall , hair thinning , dandruff ,boils, oily secretions on the scalp . Doctor has prescribed fusidic acid 2% and beclomethasone 0.025% ( Fudic BNF Cream ) for 2 weeks . Being steroid will it affect or cause more hair fall ; will it cause hair fall later on or cause any dependence ????? Along with this also prescribed Coaltar+ketoconazole shampoo to alternate Betadine AD shampoo continuously for 2 weeks ...

Hello Dr. I've been diagnosed with Dandruff and when my body temperature rises or I eat something spicy , I've itch on my back and chest and if uncontrolled it starts on arms ,  , thighs and all over body . I took the following medicines. 1. Shampoo - Ketoconazole and Piroctone Olamine (2X a week) 2. Lotion - Beclomethasone Dipropionate ( applyon scalp after bathing) 3. Cream - Clobetasol Propionate and Gentamicin (apply on hands after bathing) 4. Tablet- Levocitrizine Dihydrochloride and Montelukast Sodium (2X a day after meals) Though I have releif from dandruff and itchy scalp but as the medication period over , when my body temperature rises or I eat spicy stuff I get itch again. Please tell me the solution to this . Thank you

I had sex with my girlfriend 3 months ago, she was on the last day of her period, it was dry sex. Since then my foreskin is itching, I have been applying Candid B cream (clotrimazole and beclomethasone) for about 2 months now, at first I applied twice a day and later once a day (at night), it feels fine after applying the cream but I have to apply next day again otherwise it starts itching again. The lower part of the penis gets more red sometimes. I don't have pain, the penis head have some red spots but doesn't feel anything, the itching is felt on the foreskin. Please suggest.

Having infected penis from last 3 weeks. Fluconazole, Riboflacin+folic acid+niancinamide+lactic acid bacillus, montelulast levocetrizine tablets and beclomethasone, clotrimazole, neomycin oinment all of them I have used along with antibiotics but none of them are working anymore. My sugar report is also normal. I haven't had any intercourse . Feeling lot of itching. It pains a lot if wash it with water. Lot of redness and swelling inside the foreskin of penis. I need help, I suffering a lot. Someone please explain the situation and why none of the medicines are working and what could be best long term solution. So that it doesn't come back.

I have developed an allergy to cigarette and other kinds of smoke . Symptoms are watery eyes , tiredness , itchy throat( most troubling symptom ) . There is no cough , sneezing etc . Just a bit of weakness and itchy throat . Nasal pathways are congested as well I am taking Sudafex ( antihistamine ) since past 20 days and beclomethasone nasal spray . There is some improvement but i am seeking a permanent solution. The itchy Throat is the main issue . The nasal spray has healed the nasal passages but the throat remains irritated and is very troubling Any help will be highly appreciated

Hello Doctor This is something that i noticed while taking shower when i felt a little bit inflammation with a small amount of redness on both sides back of my knee. It's the end of 3rd day since then and it has become to this. I've tried Gentalene plus (Beclomethasone Dipropianate, Neomycin Sulfate and Clotrimazole Cream) for the first 2 days and In Night I used Candid Gold Antifungal Powder to keep it dry. and when all these didn't work as it was growing, On 3rd day, I gave a try to natural remedy i.e. applying turmeric powder with mustard oil for whole day...but at the end of the day, there's moderate inflammation and just because of that there's a moderate pain also....As i get up or get down, I feel that inflammation and pain. I'm also attaching the photos of the kneepit area to give you a clear visual. Now What should i do with this ? Please help.

I'm having fungal infection in the groin and buttock area. Its been 5 months. I have used Terbinafirce Lite and Lobate GM but nothing worked. Now I'm planning to a mixture of Candid-B Cream and Zole-F Cream. Compositions Composition of Zole -F :-- Miconazole Nitrate and Fluocinolone Acetonide Composition of Candid B:-- Clotrimazole and Beclomethasone So I'm kind of confused whether to mix both and then use or apply one single ointment at a time. My doctor has prescribed Itraconazole 200 (Syntran 200 capsule for 21days) Ebastin(Ebast tablet for 10days) and Luliconzole ointment (Lulifin 1% 30days) for a fungal infection in the inner region.I am in the middle of the treatment(15 days of treatment).At the beginning,it was working but now it increases again. Symptoms: Huge burning and moderated itching sensation along with redness.Not a continuous ring,uneven in shape.Area is increasing day by day.
