Hi, My name is Satheesh, living in medavakkam, Chennai. I am facing a stomach problem often with below symptoms. 1. Continuous motion feeling and sometime I am getting motion also. 2. Continuous burp and fart 3. Vamitting sense sometime (not always) 4. Unable eat or unable to feel food taste And I am getting this problem whenever I skipped food/late intake of food. Sometimes without any particular reaaon, I am facing the problem. I have already consulted some surgeon sometimes. But I didn't get any remedy. I was diagnosed with Spondyloarthropathies(A+P) about 7 years back. Initial treatment suggested was steroids, but I felt that I was messing with my mental health, causing severe mood swings. So, it was dropped. Right now, I am on sulfasalazine for about last 4-5 years. From around the same time, I had some personal problems too, and I started facing some mental health issues, like, doesn't like to communicate with anyone, Overthinking, feeling too low to do anything, etc... So, my question is - does sulfasalazine causes mental health issues? Or, these mental health issues are independent of it?

Hi, my daughter is 3.6 yrs old and approx. 15 kgs. From yesterday she is vomiting and having loose motions. She had one big vomiting yesterday and one today. She passed loose motion around 3 times from yesterday night. She is not eating anything and whatever she eats she is saying that she will vomit. She is also complaining stomach pain. Can you plz recommend medicines for her. We generally give her zeegut p for motions but we could not find that in pharmacy today and we give her ondem for vomiting. She does not have fever and she is active. Awaiting for response. Thank you in advance.

Chronic headache - from10 month and before 10 month it was occurring sometimes shoulder's pain-from7-8 month Joint pain- from March Pulse rate vary-from March Treatment:- 1- Nov2016 to April2017-take medicine from AIIMS bhopal for Migraine (x) not get benifit 2- from May2017 on words-Apollo delhi(Dr P N Ranjan sir)and continue.... Headache reduce to 50- 60% Pulse under control.. Joint and shoulder's pain (still having problems) 3:-17/07-I went to Orthopedic department AIIMS bhopal On the basis of a lot of test results I take medicine that is given in AIIMS.but still have problems. And please see my prescription And please give me advice that my treatment is in right direction or What should I do?

Yesterday (18/7/17) morning Sanwi was having fever 100 F with little chills (not severe). Before that she was having loose motions so as per doctor's suggestion from 15/7/17 i gave her econorm and oflox till 16/7/17 morning. On 17/7 after returning back from school she had a fever and fewer chills in the same night.  I gave her maftal p. Fever again came today (19/7) but it was 99.7 F and when fever comes her eyes borders becoming faint red . But in spite of fever she is playing at regular pace. So plz advice me what to do?

All of a sudden my mother developed severe pain in the left foot some 20 days ago. She was first given Losan (50), Aten (50), Acenac-P, FM 20 mg (Famotidine), which she took for a week. We then took her to an other doctor who prescribed her Hetrazen-100, Etorica-90, Trypsin-Chymotrypsin Tablets, Famocept 20. She ate those for 3 days. Finally, she was recommended to an orthopaedic and she was suggested to get a X-ray done and was prescribed her these medicines: Amitone-25, Gabapentin Capsules US 300 mg. Right now, she's having only these two medicines. It's been 3 days to that but there has been no significant change in her foot's pain. In fact, it has deteriorated over days. She can barely walk or move around. Also, for the past 3 days, she has develop the same exact pain in her right shoulder. Please, advice.

Hello doctor , i was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when i was just 16. Then doctors gave steroids at that time and i was like able to walk and do my regular job. In the mean time some problems occurred and my family physician prescribed me Naproxen and Paracetamol (Naprosyn P) tablets for light pain control.. now a days i am feeling swelling on my ankles , pain on my wrist elbow heel bone and ankles. Every morning i wake up with so much heel pain that i can not walk properly. The medicine i mentioned is unavailable at market . I also have beta thalassemia minor for that i am having folic acid in a regular base. Please can u suggest a medicine with same composition and what should i do to avoid those swelling and pain? Hi, My daughter is 3.5 years old & her weight is about 17 kg. From 25 April she is suffering from minor stomach ache. Yesterday morning (26 April) she vomited. 12.30 AM (27 April) suffered from fever. Yesterday i gave 1.5 ml graniforce twice & 5 ml meftal spas once in the evening. At 12.30 AM due to fever i gave 5ml meftal-p. Just now given 1.5 ML Graniforce & 5 ML Meftal Spas. Can you suggest me if treatment is ok or need any change.

Feb 13 I started being active in sex for the first time p until now, I dont know if it has any relations to what Im feeling, so when I had my period I used diff. napkin and I guess I had rashes, we still has sex after then it started to get super itchy until my next period which was just last week, I had rashes again in my private part but its not that itchy anymore. SO the real problem is this, last 3 weeks ago I was really sick for 2 days with a 38.6 temprature, since then I lost my appetite I was having symptoms of headache, colds, flu, I thought I had clamydia but i guess not, and last week I thought I had mumps since I hav4e symptomps of mumps, they gave me anti inflamation meds. so I was ok until now but I still have loss of appetite, because when I eat I feel full easily, and I wasnt like this before, Im female and im 18 please help
