Hello doctor, I am 37, female. I am suffering from severe knee and hand thumb bone pain since last 7 weeks. I was prescribed steroid, 5 days course and subsequently pain killers along with some supplement. But as soon as I stop taking pain killers the pain will resume with the same intensity. Its most painful during night and in the morning. I can't even walk a single step. Is there any cure? Also, the thumb bone in my right hand is such that I can't tear a packet or chapati. Please suggest something. I am on painkillers since last 7 weeks and I know its harmful. P. S. X- ray report came normal. RA factor, thyroid, uric acid within range. Hba1C 6.5

My 3 years 8 month son having fever and cough.doctor told to give calpol 4ml for each 6 hours and Amoxicillin (antibiotics) 4 ml for 2 times a day.if fever exceeds 101 Ibquesic should be given of 7 ml.now at 7 PM i have given calpol and Amoxicillin.. now it's 8:30 P M fever is 103 ... should I give Ibquesic or should I wait... please tell at what time i should give Ibquesic.? my son weight is 13Kg

Kindly see my MRI report for cervical spine with CVJ which shows low lying cerebeller tonsil (5 mm desent) with mild crowding of foramen magnum.  I have symptoms of left back side head pain as now from last 10 days. Kindly suggest?? I have started medicine as lornox P 1 time day,  myoril 2 times a day and joinfast tab 1 times day.now after medicine n resting pain is less. But is there any cure for future without any surgery as I am having headache/migraine from last 10 years n taking naproxen 250 whenever it's occurs weakly. My job is WFH laptop job for 10 hrs a day.

My son is suffering with loose motions (4-5 times) since Thursday morning to till evening. We went to Doctor in the evening and explained about the problem she told us that its a tummy infection(viral) we have to give him more fluids and light food with prescribed medicines like good bacteria capsules and Z&D medicine. She told us that motions will not stop immediately it will take 2-3 days to cure and she told us that in between if boy is getting fever more than 99.8 degrees asked us to give paracetamol drops. After coming home there is no temperature, we have given medicines and baby slept with in a hour baby got the fever of 100.5 degrees. We have given Meftal P of 3 ML and waited for 3 hours but still fever is not reduced. Can we give paracetamol drops now. Please suggest.

Hi Team, I have consulted doctor and there was a small stone of calculus size ~ 0.43 x 0.37 cm (HU~856) seen in mucosal part of vesico-ureteric junction causing hydroureteronephrosis. Calculus size measuring ~ 0.64 x 0.56 cm (HU~1585) seen in mid pole. The above were mentioned in the CT scan and doctor prescribed DEFLAZACORT30MG TAMSULOSIN HCL 0.4MG TABLETS and Zerodol P tablet. I have used it for a week and still I have pain and frequent urination and pain is below the belly region at the bladder. What should I do now.

My 2 year daughter vomited in the morning and night ( 2 episodes in a day)  and had a low grade fever (98.7) after medication and injection vomit stopped but loose motion start same day ( 3times) fever was still 98.7 to 99.4 on next day with 4 episodes of loosemiton. But in the evening fever raised 101.3...baby is active and eat a little bit m giving meftal p fir the fever but want to know th reason of all this why fever rises after 2 days

I have a feeling of something stuck in the throat and it is going to be almost a month since I am suffering from this problem. I have taken up antibiotic course for it and medications like Maxtra P as per my ENT consultation. But I am not relieved with the lump feeling as it sometimes gives me gag reflex. I have orangish bumps in the back of the throat and the stuck feeling is felt near the adam's apple. I have undertaken hemogram test which gave my esr value as 25. My crp quantitative is 5.60 but my ige total is 1177.50. I don't think it is a case of strep throat as i dont have any swollen tonsils or fever or lymph nodes. Should I get a throat culture for this? What could be the reason for high ige? I am attaching a picture of my throat for reference.

Hi team I had my MRI for the first time for brain P+C for checking ear nerve by the doctor as I've tinnitus since last year They injected a contrast via IV for it It was very cold in the MRI room and they gave a blanket and ear protection for it There was no symptoms when the dye was given and I had 3 litres of water after it for flushing it out from the system Although had a pain at the IV site which had decreased today Today after waking up I've a light sore throat and slight feverish like feeling  Which is mild right now Which is mild and some light nasal congestion Taking cofsils and hydrating with water now Is that the effect of dye or something else like viral?

Hello Doctor, My son's age is 1 year 11 months. Yesterday night he got fever 100.5 °F around 12' o clock. Gave paracetamol p 250 - 3 ml. After 1 st dose fever reduced like no there's no fever. But gave 2nd dose after 6 hours - 3ml. Now my question is: fever got reduced. Should I give paracetamol today as well like another 3 doses with 6 hrs gap. Please suggest. Thank you.
