Dear doctor My 3+ year old son 13 kg having cough and fever since yesterday.. Actually mild cough from 3/4 days and since he had some cold drink and ice cream..but from now cough sounds like irritating and pain when coughing with bulgum stuck there and fever is 101 ...local doctor givien Alex P syrup but it didn't work fever going and coming back in every 4/6 hours...please suggest any medicine to help him...thank you.

Sir I have very little pain in left side of chest it keeps only 1 or 2 second from 2 days so that I go for ECG test the findings are Vent rate 63 BPM QRS duration 62 ms QT/QTC 394/403 PR 112 ms P DURATION 40 MS RR interval 952 ms PRT axes 68 50 29 result is Normal sinus rhythm, junctional ST depression , probably normal borderline ECG. So sir please advise me is any issues...

I had oral sex to a girl 6 month ago  p without knowing is std status...I had hiv test through Western blot and hiv dna PCR after 3 months it is negative ...and after 7 months hiv comb test in govt ictc centre ..it is non reactive , other std syphilis, hbsag and Anti - hcv also negative.. Iam troubling white tongue and  red patches at corners of tongue..please explain briefly about my status

My baby got knee swelling since today morning and he was all fine and playing till yesterday.. He didn't had any harsh fall also, but from morning whenever he try to crawl he was crying n still moving somehow, standing he don't cry though.. we did scan n it's all fine n orthopedist said no fracture as such.. also adviced not to let him play on floor for a week at least.. his pedi prescribed caldikind-p 10ml per day and zincitotal drops as well.. I'm worried what could be the reason for such swelling!? Is it any nutrition deficiency? Any life time causing problems?? Please advise

My mother is having severe pain near the gall bladder region & 6th n 7th ribs cage. We did USG & Chest X ray but there was no such abnormalities. Kindly help me what should I do. A request to Senior doctor to kindly provide some ideas on this regard. USG report is attached. As per doc suggestion, we injected anaspas injection and Pan 40 injection. She is taking Zerodol P tablets twice for two days. She is taking currently Olmezest 40 for high BP & Rosuvas 10 for lowering cholesterol. She further given enzyme Acizyme liquid 2tsp.

Hi, i have many symptoms of dyslexia since childhood which persists till now. 1. Trouble differentiating b/w left n right, in childhood almost 9/10 times i had trouble currently it's almost 6/10 times i need to think for few seconds to decide which side is which. 2. Mixing p,q b,d c,e in everytime in childhood 3. Substituting one letter with another while writing 4. Trouble with common spelling 5. While reading trouble reading line by line skipping or re reading a line What could be the treatment for this and how should I get diagnosed by a professional?

Hi this is Goutam 31year from Kolkata, From childhood I was very anxious, panic and virtigo problem. So form the last 6 year I have taken medicine for anxiety and panic by neurologist. 1. Zaptra 12.5( paroxetine + clonazepam) 2. Betacap tr 20 (Propranolol) 3. Stemetil Md (prochlorperazine) {Sos}. But recently for my back pain i visit to a orthopedic and she suggest me to take *Zerodol P (aceclofenac + paracetamol) *Flexura 400(metaxalone) for 10 days But I forget to tail her about anxiety drugs So is their any problem to take this new medicine with old medicine anxiety panic virtigo? Is there any interaction with old and new medicines? Please help me doctor thank you I'm advance

My three and half month baby 6.4 kg. Is crying when feeding a, have to give in spoon. Doesn't take breastfeeding and doesn't slerp from 2 am to 8 am or more. Me and my parents too got fevr cough and cold. Baby and ours fever cured after taking medicine. I too have cough and congestion Dr gave Elriz xl 1 ml 1-0-1 for four days 0-0-1 for 3 days, Asthakind-ls 1-1-1 , 0.75 ml Three days, Nosikind p Nasal drops night two drops, for 5 days. Is it ok if i take?? Baby was playing nicely, except i could her more sound after coming from doctor. But his voice became low . Not sure afrer taking medicine the last one we took Elriz xl is it due to that,???

Doctor recently i was given 14days course of doxycycline bd, metronidazole, and cefixime for 5days bd for chlamydia infection.. Followed by i developed intense vaginal itching... Which reduced on using candiderma cream... Then developed labia minora pain.. So again i visited gynaec and she saw and said bartolian gland infection and pus there so gave me Doxy 100mg bd for 5 days Gynorite syrup Zerodol p for 3 days But i checked she advised doxy now at home.. So my question is again can i use doxy for 5 more days.. Or will it cause overdose? What should i do.. Help please.. Waiting for reply For how long can one use doxy without causing overdose to body

I am 9 months pregnant. My due date is 17 th of Nov 21. My issue is I have sore throat few days back which became tonsil like infection gradually causing severe pain in throat while swallowing food and during night time. I consulted with an ENT specialist and he prescribed me P-500 tab for pain and Zocef-500 tab as antibiotic and ProRapid solution for gargling. I just want to reconfirm whether these medicines are safe for my baby as I am 9 months pregnant now and very much worried.
