Injury of gums due to a fall
Hi my daughter 6 years old has fallen from the chair and her gums got damaged and for one teeth the gum is totally gone. Doctor suggested for Amoxicillin syrup and P 250 syrup for three days and he said that the totally damaged gum will not regrow back now but it will regrow with new teeth. I want to know whether it is correct or not.

Fever 103 and loss of appetite
My son had fever last night around 101 gave him pcm 250 3ml. Fever came down but again came after 6 hours. Medicine was repeated but fever shot up to 103. Gave meftal p 3ml. Please help. Not coming down. It's been one hour .

High fever
Hello doctor,
My daughter aged 4 is having high grade fever of 104F since today morning.
I took her to a pediatrician n they gave suppository. Also prescribed medicines like meftal p and asked to observe for 24 hrs.
There are no other complaints. Is there anything worrisome?
Please advise.

My son age is 1 year 10 months. Since morning he has cough, running nose and since evening he is having some temperature but not very high( within 100). I have already started to give medicines Maxtra and Macberry junior from tonight.
