My 20 months old daughter weight 11 kg is suffering fever from yesterday. Doctor prescribed meftal p suspension syrup. Temp is above 101 Fahrenheit. Can we give doses of 4 ml between 6 hours?

Vomiting with fever for 8year old
Hi,
My son 8 years old, 25kg having fever and vomiting since last 6 hours.
For fever >102, when we give Meftal P 7ml, he vomits in 15-20mins and medicine comes out.
Can we give Emeset 2mg/5ml? What should be dosage?

Mouth Tongue Ulcers
Hi Doctor
It's been a week i developed these mouth ulcers. Since it was very painful I started taking medicines on doctor's consultation which are O2, Zerodol p & Zytee Gel. I am attaching pictures. Need to understand what kind of ulcers these are why they happen?
Although ulcers have not increased but they are improving very slowly.
