I have erectile dysfunction. I am a hypo thyroid (eltrroxin 100 mcg) Diabetic mellitus taking Glimipride 2 mg morning and night and Galvasmet 50/850 , carnery artery disease 20 %and 30% stenosis in left and right main artery and Hypertension taking clopidogrel 75 mg , Asprin 150 mg Atenonol 50mg Enalapril melate 2.5 mg morn and evening Atorvastation with Fenofibrate and benign prostate Hyperplasia taking Silodosin 8 mg with Dutasteride. TOGETHER above all Sildanafil citrate is advisable.

I was tested covid+ on 24th April.. I was admitted in CCC, there I got basic treatment (no steroids or antibiotics given). I was discharge and finished my quarantine on 07th May  I was fine for 1 week, on 16th May I  felt breathless  and doctor suggested for CT and CBC, dimer and crp . CT score was 2/40, CBC was normal, crp 5.04 and dimer 0.34 Doctor prescribed zinc and limcee for a week asprin for 5 days On 25th & 26th May I had low grade fever 98.6 - 99.1 which got subsided next day. From 01st June again I got low grade fever 98-99.3  till today sometimes I feel dry inside my nose and difficult to breath I feel lower tooth sensitivity too. Having difficult to sleep. Do I need any another test? Is it a reinfection or anxiety/stress issue?

As asked by Dr.Amarpreet singh Riar and Dr.ragh MS few questions on my earlier query. Iam, 45 ys, 173 cm in height, the problem discussed i.e Pre - Diabetics has started before Mar2013. But i had been taking home reamedies. some how when it was deducted in mar2013, i used to be in great stress during the period.My weight had been drastically coming down from 72 to 65kgs in just 2 weeks, then from 65 to 62kgs in next one month after having being estb Diabetics and Hypothyrodism. my medicine prescribed are Metformine 500 mg BD, 25 mcg Eltroxin for hypothyrodism, Then night 75 mg asprin, recently started taking 1000 mcg mecobalanium morning and 500 mcg Mecobalanium in night, afternoon one Autrin.(Iron Tablets). Now since last 3 yrs presently 53- 54 kgs. My diet , morning 2-3 chapatis, same in afternoon and same in night. The day i don't go for evening walk though my glucose level remain 140-150 two hrs after lunch, my skin on the penis gets reddish, minor rashes on it. pls advice.

My mother was tested positive for Covid on 23rd March with a Severity score of 16 .she was admitted in ICU where 6 dose of remedisivir and other antibiotics injections were given to her.She was discharged after 10 days when all her Reports came normal .she was Given steroid Medrol 16 mg -7 days (OD) Medrol 8 mg -7 days (OD) Medrol 4 mg - 7 days (OD). Doxycycline, Ivermectin,Asprin 75 and multivitamins and vitamins C So she was recovering very well and CRP was also Normal -2.30 But three days ago she started feeling heaviness around chest and her O2 level dropping when she is asleep Her 02 level is now at 93-94 but when she fell asleep it drops to 86-88 , Another CT scan was done and the severity score this time was - 7 , Now from last three days she is unable to sleep properly because of dropping Spo2 and No experience doctor is available in my city I don't know what to do and what Mediation are needed so that she can get relief from dropping O2 and chest pressure

Skin peeling off scrotum and now it's raw and red and even foreskin is tight to pull back and inflamed and sore/raw to touch for couple of days lately. I had applied neosporin ointment but got no relief. I maintain good personal hygiene and always wear loose cotton undergarments. Last time I checked my sugar levels were in range but it was around 6 months back. I think I will go for blood sugar tests (fasting and PP) but I want to wait for some days because I have just completed a course of steroids for my asthma and sugar level might be elevated. Please suggest some medicines to get relief from the pain and discomfort. I also wanted to inform you that I am a patient of acute Asthma and allergic to asprin & other otc pain meds. I have just finished a course of Defcort 6mg yesterday. Currently I am taking Abphylline 100mg caps 2 times daily. Seretra 80mg tab once daily, Theo asthalin 4mg thrice daily and L-montus tabs at bedtime. Asthalin inhaler used several times daily.
