I checked my Urine culture at local Lab. It shows E Coli 80,000 count. Few months ago I checked Urine culture test on my Urologist advice at same Lab it was showing same result. After taking Antibiotic for two weeks. Than as per Urologist advice I stopped Antibiotic, after a break of 8 days I did Urine culture test. It was showing more E C oli. The Urologist changed medicine but again now I see E Coli. Ultrasound KUB done, it is normal. Semen culture done another infection found. Again semen culture done after taking Antibiotic medicine but infection found. This Hospital Urologist unable to diagnose the problem. I get sharp pain in abdomen sometimes in rectum, Urine bad smell. How to solve this problem? What test to do further? Why recurring Urine infection E Coli and Semen culture test shows infection?
