What are my chances of getting HIV positive if I had protected sex with a prostitute, not sure about the condom status? I have taken a course of Tenolam E as PEP in 50 hours for 28 days ? Recommended by ICTC medical officer at AIIMS ?

Since you have taken the recommended PEP regimen which was started within 72 hrs, you are relatively safe. But you have to get HIV antibodies test 3 months from the date of exposure and repeat it at 6 months, both of which should be negative.
