Heavy cough and we tried ascoril ls from 3 day but no improvement please suggest he is suffering from heavy cough

My kid is 2.7 years old and is weighing 10kg. Doctor had prescribed koforil ls. But here koforil ls is not available and we were given ascoril ls junior. What should be the dosage of ascoril ls junior syrup?
