Sir I hv both shoulder blade and elbow ,wrist to fingers pain consult cardiologist every thing normal.they suggest Rhemutalogist.then I consult rhemutalogist Suggest some test results are: Total wbc 12800 Crp  is 35 Fbs   is 92 Ppbs  101 Esr 12 H1abc  5.2   Mean plasma gulcose level 102.5 . Now which type of treatment to support  my health condition pls suggest anyone

Hi, My father is having a problem due to Uric acid levels increasing in his body. because of this he is getting pains by ankle swelling. He got his second vaccine (covishield) two day back, what medicine he can take to reduce the pain and control uric acid. Previously 8months back he got the same pain and swelling, that time he use to take injection (Diclofenac Sodium & Dexamethasone Injection), after taking this injection only pain will reduce. But now after vaccination he can take this injection or is there any medicine to reduce the pain and to control uric acid. From last 10years he is not taking non-veg and control in food not taking high protein food as well. Please suggest me what we can do?

My mother have Rheumatoid Arthritis with bone on bone in knees, her RA factor used to be 255. Have pain in joints everyday. Don't takes allopathic medicines only takes Depomedrol 80mg injection every 3-4 months. Her age is 63. Also have Essential Thrombocytosis, Hypertension, Catract & Gastritis. Only takes Amlodipine 5mg & Pan40. What should be checked in RA patients before taking vaccine? & should she take Sputnik V?

Hi all , I had a gout attack 2 years ago on my toe, then I took naproxyn 250 mg (2-0-2) and zycolchin(0.5mg) 1-0-1, for two weeks. And then i was fine. Yesterday night I had another attack on my ankle with swelling. Should I take the same tablets for two weeks. Uric acid level remain the same 9.1

I have a pain in one of the lower ribs (where rib meets the breastbone mainly) on my right side for a few weeks now. The tenderness/pain stays for a day or two and then disappears after some good rest only to come back a few days or weeks later. Pain is not unbearable but hurts more with activities like coughing, laughing, and while trying to sleep on the right side. Last year, I suffered from this similar issue for over 1.5 months after which it all became normal after some treatment and rest. Ever since then pain has come n gone a few time with much lesser intensity. But has now been coming and going frequently for past few weeks. Can anyone help me understand what is happening to my body? I haven't had any recent accidents or injury to cause the pain.

Hello, Whenever I get up in the morning having pain on my right hand fingers small point. It last for few mins until I wake up and start my routine. Pain is mild and exist only on right hand. No problem with left hand or legs. Anything to worry?

Dr suggest Rhemutalogist .still I'm waiting Rhemutalogist appointment. but i am confused is this heart related  or arthritis .so pls  clarify my doubts

Hi I have psoriasis and potentially psoriatic arthritis. I wanted to get the vaccine but I'm not sure which one to get as I have heard the vaccine can cause severe flare ups in people with psoriasis. I am not on any systemic or immunosuppressive medicines at the moment. Can someone advice me whether I should viral vector vaccine like covishield and Sputnik or should I get inactive vaccine like covaxin? Thank you.

I was diagnosed sle 3 years back now i am under hydroxychloroquine medication once a day suddenly i developone episode of  tingling  in my lower limb ..i continoisly go to follow up ...Do i have to be concerned???

Dr said my mother suffering from fibromyalgia a part sjorgen syndrome ..so tell what test test are required for sjorgen syndrome .I attached test report .. Dr wteie fluxetin 20 mg ..can be sufficient.
