HLA B27 positive, suffering for AS
I'm suffering from last 3 to 4 yrs for back pain. One month ago i visited a orthopedic doctor and i tested positive hla b27. My uric acid level was 8.9 but now it's become in normal range. And i regularly take daily basis tab myotop p, Etova 400 twice in a day and sazo 100 twice in a day

It's very likely that you have spondyloarthritis, but can be confirmed only on the basis of detailed history and examination. If you get pain and stiffness realy in the morning that gets better with activity then probably you have this condition. hLA B27 positive is only supportive in diagnosis not confirmatory.

You should consult a rheumatologist , as you might need higher drugs to control pain, as you you are constantly taking pain killers which may be detrimental in the long run
