I believe i have Raynaud's disease.
I feel pain in thumb and index finger in my right hand when contact to cold..irritation and redness only in the tip..a neurologist prescribed me pain killer it's not helping me completely. It's just temp relief. Please suggest what treatment options..

raynauds phenomena is when the fingers loses colour and becomes pale and painful on contact with cold, followed by becoming blue(cynosed) and then finally reddish(erythematous). if you have this sequence then you may have Raynauds. First line treatment is usually conservative , by avoiding exposure and using gloves. it could be primary which is usually not a problem, but if it is secondary to autoimmune conditions then further tests are needed. If not helpful, then you need evaluation by a rheumatologist , who will ask you certain questions about other symptoms and then advise tests and treatment accordingly
