I was suffering severe low back pain right hip pain , My doctor prescribed me tofacitinib 5 mg bd and methotrexate 7.5 mg , today is 5 th day my pain of lower back and hip relived but I am feeling nasal congestion

My mother is suffering from RA for more than 10 years. She is feeling unease and discomfort and numbness in head for 3 months. He is having sleep issues also. She has lost appetite completely. She does not like to eat and became very weak. Do I need to consult Nuerologist for this issue or this is RA complication and I need to consult Rehumatologist? Please provide your recommendations. This would be a great help to me. I am unable to decide where to go.

Is this associated with autoimmune disorder. Other test like CBC, ESR, thyroid profile, LFT, KFT are normal.

My mom age 50 but recently 20 one eye blurred visiodayn. visit to doctor eye specialist.eye drops and blood test. ESR VDRL HLA B 27 HSBC CBC CHEST X-RAY SUGER Pp HB REPORT THIS HLA B27 -posetive.ESR- 120. Or other report ar normal. please help me.thank you.
