Consulted dr diagnosed polyrthralgia after 15days etova 400 course stiffness subsided and pain also minimised. Feel ok with warm massage and water soak. But due to strain on other parts after 2days again had to take consulted dr said now continue medicine sos and for weakness do strengthening exercises Want to no is this has any proper solution or this pain will come and after nsaid two days go Secondly test done arthritis is negative Hs crp is 4.5 Esr 33 Homocysteine level 32 Sugar negative So at present on homochek and as usual my thyroid medication as per endocrinologist And recently rheumatologist started neurobion forte

Whenever I take any medicine from the PPI group, pantaprazole, esmoprazol, rabeprazol etc , vonoprazon, Cremafin,mucain gel ,sucramal, even isabgol, I feel severe pain in my upper foot,heel , below knee joints, this problem started in 2021 , when I took pan d , acogut , muccain gel syrup, immediately I consulted rhumetolgoist RA, ANTI CCP, ANA ENA TTG CPK HLAB27, LFT KFT , TRIPLE PHASE BONE SCAN, MRI SI JOINTS, all test were quite normal, ( 2022 ) , even esr CRP not increased in last 4 year I was continuously following rhumetolgoists till 2024 , till he diagnosed it as bjhs , fibromyalgia, Sudden in April 2024 my all pain disappeared automatically , I remained pain free for one year In 2025 I took esmoprazol for functional dyspepsia as prescribed by doctor again same pain hurting Lower back , buttocks, heel , upper foot, In last 4 year no swelling redness and no pain on pressing, but only pain trigger after medicine related to acidity,

I took medicine from 15 days ago. But till now my pain in my ankle/thighs is not relaxing. My leg is sometimes hot like a fever. Please suggest me for better treatment
