I suddenly started suffering from gastritis,I am 22,due to acidity I had chest pain.I got this fear in my mind it's been 3 months.I am better now but sometimes when I am sleeping my hands got heavy and vibrating and shaking.I need some therapy to take this fear out of my mind

I broke up with my boyfriend awhile ago, he was facing with unattended mental health issues and it was negatively impacting the relationship. That kind of gave him a jolt due to which he went to a psychiatrist and is now on depression and anxiety medication. I got back together with him before the day of his first appointment because I couldn't let him go through all this alone. But since then I realize I'm less attracted to him and this relationship is offering me no emotional support because I always put his mental health first because he's not well. I don't want to be selfish but I also feel the need to be equally supported in the relationship. I can't leave him as well but at this point I'm getting more and more frustrated every day and I think he doesn't know that it's happening because of him. I don't know what can I do to deal with his random 'bouts of depression' and don't know the right thing to say which is affecting him as well because I'm not able to support him.

What to do i feel so anxienty due to this lockdown...i have no health issue but i do feel scared about my health and covid and get anxiensty and depresed

Please suggest how to combat stress and binge eating. I have been trying to lose weight but I am unable to do so. Please help me with how to regulate my eating habits.

I am suffering from gastritis 2-3 (years). But now, from 2-3 (months) I can hear my heart beat sometimes in my ear, middle chest, sometimes in finger or backside of head when i am idle or trying to sleep. I sleep around 11 pm at night between 12 to 2 pm. During this time, i usually have bad dreams after which i wake up my heart beat fasten, feel shortness of breath, burping, after going motion i get little releif. But unable to sleep whole night. I feel something will happen to me my brain is closed & heavy all day. Test done:- Endoscopy- Non Erosive Antral Gastritis LFT- SGPT 116, SGOT 68, GGTP 74 Medicine taking for gastritis when i get relief i stop using them:- Sompraz D, Rifagut 200, Progut, Aristozyme Syrup

My wife love her parents more than me. I feel extremely sorrow and frustrated for the same.I expect that she will put me in the first place in her life but she did not.Though I know that this is childish expectation but still it hurts me a lot.

Hi doctor, My Mum has suffered from hemorrhage in the left part of the brain. It's been more than 6 months now she has recovered very well physically after the attack but mentally she feels very depressed. Almost on alternate days she feels like bad about everything, sometimes doesn't feel hungry, tired all the time and cries for no reason. We had her checked up multiple times but physician says there is nothing wrong with her health. We tried telling her there is nothing to be worried about but that doesn't seem to help with the problem. We try not to put any kind of mental stress on her but she gets ticked off on slightest of things. What can we do to help her. Thanks in advance for the advice

Suddenly last few days I am not able to sleep.i am getting fear.i am having 1.6 yr child.i am taking zolfresh 10 mg.i am able to sleep for only 5 hrs.i am getting fear that I can't sleep by own.please help
