How to stop overthinking. Practised everything I can like any activity still no use . kindly help me

Dear Doctor, my 8 year old son hates the sound of utensils. If I am taking dinner and any sound of steel bowl and spoon happens , he just shuts his ears and ask me to stop it. What may be the cause of this reaction. Please explain.

I am having anxiety issues for past 5 to 6 years..I get scared about so many things..loosing people that i love..about my death..not fulfulling responsibilities regarding fanily..not being caring...that nobody will like me or love me..I think too much about negative things..I just keep thinkking

I was 9 or 10 when I started plucking my eyelashes due to irritation but the habit and irritation faded away after using neosporin. After some years I started having the same irritation in my scalp and I started plucking again. I am trying to stop but the irritation is triggering me. Please help me recover.

Hi...I suffer from claustrophobia since a long time but of late its getting unbearable. I can't muster courage to enter the lift. Even if my hand ring won't come off I start getting panicky and breathless. Same if a bandage is wound around my back. I had to get anaesthesia to get a mri done. A doctor had prescribed nexito. Didn't help much. Kindly advise please.

My son age 6 year and he avoiding his study. He make many excuses for avoiding study (many time asking for washroom, drinks water) . Also we absorbed he make mistake to identify the figures after many time explaining the figures . Figures are b d, m n, 6 9, 12 21, 13teen 30ty.
