Intense anxiety and panic attacks

I have problems of intense anxiety occuring frequently ( once in a week) at night timing.. During that time I feel like I need to rush to Emergency dept of some hospital.. very uneasyness n need to rush.. I feel like I will die if I won't reach to any hospital. And on and on more scary thoughts add on my anxiety.. no breathing exercise can help me at that moment.. can this b cured without medicines and just with CBT or councelling or any other exposure therapy..

Anxious all the time

I feel anxious all the time, i go for regular morning n evening walks do exercises but still when i go out for walks i feel as if i will fall or I am losing control all this makes me so fearful and helpless.

Difficult handling emotions

I am an highly emotional and sensitive person and visited a doc where i was where he told me that i have border line personality disorder and it happened because of my childhood issues and upbringing. I am not sure how much its true, all i want is to be happy and remain calm and focused in difficult situations. I seek for validation and appreciation always as i have low self esteem and lack of confidence. I always panic about my own reactions & traumatised about my past mistakes. Thankfully, i never had sucidal thoughts but right now i just want to be happy and want to keep people happy around me. Please please help. Please suggest what should i do in regular basis for my mental health and how not to be angry ever! Help

Suicidal thoughts

Sudden increase in Heart beat rate , feel numbness,feel suffocated,trust issues. Once I was in a metro , i started to cry ,I thought I will die there only, I fell short of the breath ,I feel irritated around the people,I think they stare at me,I dnt know what is happening ,it's just happens,what to do ,I am not able to focus on my work ,sudden change in the mood, I dnt want to talk with anyone .
