I am unable to urinate at public washrooms or at school washrooms other than my home. I am 18 years old.

Hello Dr. I m suffering last 7 to 8 months illness of Anxiety. I m feeling in chest pain in middle, I have conducted all test Blood as well as xray, ct chest,ecg n stomach ultrasound . Current CBC test everything is normal. But fear of illness continue. My treatment undergo by homoeopathy. Can u suggest for futher step.

This question is for my mom. I feel she is not able to discuss her problems with anyone and she checks on Google for everything even the slightest problem. She went so deep in that ,she has stopped eating almost every food. She feels everything she eats will create pblm for her so she has left everything only boiled food she eats without any masala. She gets scared very fastly, she gets angry ,does not listen to anyone gets irritated very fastly. I want to help her but not knowing how to help. I badly need some help and suggestions that I can help her. We are basically from deoghar, Jharkhand. I want to get her out of it and stay a healthy life not the scared life. Please help n give some suggestions. It's urgent. That will be helpful. Thanks

Once, I was in bathroom and suddenly I heard a sound of firecrackers and got very panicy. Heart beat started pounding, pins and needles started in head , body felt numb, felt that I would die. Rushed to the GP & he said nothing but anxiety. For some days after this event, I developed fear of any sound like glass dropping, shouting,bike sound but by self control I have recovered these all. But but but... I still have the fear of firecrackers and loud DJ sounds. I feel like it would hurt my heart and I will die. Whenever I hear loud sound of DJ bass like boom boom sound & loud firecrackers sound, I got very panicy & my head starts feeling heavy & eyes got blurred. Please help.

I am talking sleep medications in the night in the very little amount and in the minimum dose but still I feel sleepy throughout the day I am not being able to do anything in the whole day due to sleep my whole day went without doing nothing it is really demotivating me is this a case of psychiatry or psychology? I have already consult a psychiatrist and he gave me medicines in the minimum amount but still I feel sleepy what should I do please help me in making my day productive??

I feel like in depression from years. Is there a way to get out of it? I dont remember when I felt happy last time.
