Write down all your positive areas, abilities and attitudes. Talk to your friends and family for more such attributes.
Then read these several times a day

1. Affirmations. Repeat sentences like ""I can do it"", ""I am doing the best I can"" every time you have self doubts.
2. Adjust your posture. Be upright and straight, hold your head high and walk in a space like you own it.
3. Remember: The way you are focusing on yourself and having doubts, others are thinking about themselves too. They do not notice others as much as you imagine them to.
However, there is a thin line between low self-confidence and low self-esteem. If you still find it difficult being comfortable with yourself, reach out to a therapist.
