Hi Thanks for reaching out. Consult a GP and explain about physical symptoms. Also consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. You are feeling anxious and uncomfortable. With a psychologist you can talk about what is making you feel anxious. A psychologist will provide you with techniques to manage anxiety and feel calm. I suggest you consult a General Practitioner and explain about physical symptoms and consult a psychologist for counselling sessions.

Hi, It sounds like you have been experiencing a range of distressing symptoms for an extended period, including breathing difficulties, persistent headaches, swelling in your eyes, and sleep disturbances. The fact that your headaches have been ongoing for nearly a decade, particularly in response to environmental triggers like dust and sunlight, suggests that you may be dealing with underlying conditions such as allergies, migraines, or other health issues. The swelling in your eyes and the heaviness in your head could indicate inflammation or strain, which may be exacerbated by stress and lack of sleep. Given the complexity and duration of your symptoms, it is crucial to seek medical advice from a healthcare professional who can conduct a thorough evaluation, provide a proper diagnosis, and recommend appropriate treatment options to help alleviate your discomfort and improve your overall quality of life.
