Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure his is tough for you. It is good to think about larger than life topics etc. it helps in self growth and self awareness. It looks like the inner inquiry about soul and life beyond death has triggered a deep seated fear of death and that is making you feel anxious. We have to create a safe space and let you talk about this fear and also explore your inner world to find the root cause of this fear. Once the emotions of fear are released from the system you will feel better and move into a state of acceptance of truth of life which is death. It will also help you move into the state calm and rest. You’re doing good for yourself by asking the right question. Stay

Hi When we understand who we are, what are our values (what is important to us), then we can live our life in sync with it. Having all sorts of question about yourself and your life is normal. Giving a one liner solution is like putting a band-aid on a wound without understanding the condition of the wound and how much harm it can cause. I would like to know more about what you're going through. Then we can work it out. Anxiety can have that kind of effect on a person. I specialize in Anxiety, stress management, self exploration, wellbeing, and issues related to self-esteem and self confidence. I use mindfulness based CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) with the inclusion of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), and Art modalities.

Hi Deep Breathing Get comfortable. You can lie on your back in bed or on the floor with a pillow under your head and knees. ... Breathe in through your nose. Let your belly fill with air. Breathe out through your nose. Place one hand on your belly. ... As you breathe in, feel your belly rise. ... Take three more full, deep breaths.
