Overthinking and self doubt
I tend to overthink about my evey move after I have carried it out and forget thinking about the future. What I think is...If I have said something or done something, was that good enough or was I being selfish or manipulative? how others might be thinking? will they think that I talk too much? These are the type of qts. I have not been social in life. I havnt travelled much. I have remained all my life in a shell.

Hi... Your life has just started and their is enough time to explore everything. Based on what you have shared it seems you are suffering from overthinking, low self esteem, social anxiousness, and uncertainty about something. This kind of constant self judgement may be an outcome of a high moral parenting. This may be an acquired way of thinking you have learnt from an early childhood care giver/role model. Since it is usually learnt and not innate, so it can be changed with little effort and proper guidance.
