Fears, anxiety and self doubt
Due to a lot of past health issues, lack of love , I feel stressed, doubtful, having fear of getting diseases and a lot self doubt :( Health is better but past wounds are creating a lot of problems It was like truma for me because I had severe allergic reactions, stomach disorders and problems in childhood too Now m 29

I think your feeling for having deprived of  the Love, Attention, Care etc., could be the cause for all those issues which you had mentioned.. Because of that Anxiety, or Expectation or Irritation you could have developed those trauma and pain.. I suggest you to consult a psychological Counselor for a therapy to overcome all those old past unwanted thoughts or feelings, so that you can also lead a happier and cheerful life..
