Iam 45 yrs old, my lmp was on 18 th of March , since we have a function on 21 St of April, i started using primolutN for 5 days from 5 th April to 8 th April two tablets each day and stopped but till now no periods, can i resume taking primolutN again till the function gets over or else pls suggest me what to do doctor. Should I be concerned over spotting between periods? I recently went on a trekking trip and i started having spotting right after I came back. I previously had irregular periods too. But this is the first time I am having spotting right in the middle of my cycle. Do i need to seek consultation for it? Or can I overlook it?

I have been experiencing a moderate burning sensation during and after urination for the past two days. Inspite of having considerable amounts of water my urine output is very less. Most of the water seems to be exiting via profuse sweating as the temperatures here are around 42-44 degrees. I  tend to clean the place with body wash gels as I've had UTI while using public restrooms. Currently, the burn goes away if I frequently wash with water or let air reach it. If I drink plenty of cold water the burning doesn't happen. Further, cold compress helps greatly. I have no pain elsewhere or fever. I take no regular medications. Could anyone help me, please? It's pretty uncomfortable. Is it UTI again? What medications can I take? Can I take berberis vulgaris Q, I have it at home, but I don't know the dosage. Please help?🙏

My doctor has prescribed these tablets as I am travelling for one week. Is this safe? I have no other complications. I am in my 7th month and already taking calcium, iron and folic acid. I also got my flu shot since i am travelling. Please advise
