Itching in vegina and rashes

I m facing the problem of itching in vegina with cutting mark which is showing redness in veginal skin and also showing white curdy discharge this smell less. Feeling slightly heavyness in my abdominal area. first time I m suffering this problem When I intimate with my partner I m facing this issue. Kindly advice me. What should I do
