Do 28mm follicle size has a change of getting After hcg injection taken ,On the day of 23 mm follicle.

I am feeling little bit in my both breast and discomfort because of this.. is it the matter of any concern and plz tell me the reason if possible

My 9 year old daughter having boil without head and it's almost red. She is in pain for last 4 days plz advise any medicine or treatment to diagnose it.she also got the same boil on same place last year.
