Am having urine sensation and chills so doctor asked me to do this scan including cbc urine routine and culture please is there an issue with my scan report am worried

My daughter is 10 year old. She started her first period.she has very heavy  bleeding.previous 2 months she had brown discharge for 1 day.got ultrasound done 3 months back everything fine.why she has very heavy periods?will her growth stop because of early period?

I have pain in my lower abdomen since 1 year and i have done with all the diagnosis tests and dr has suggested me CA 125 test and the rest is 6.87 is normal?

Hello doctor, I have attached my two ultrasound reports. Both reports are different and done on different dates. Please tell I have PID or not as one report does not say anything about it. My periods date was 19 th April. I am confused about taking medicines for PID. Although sometimes I have lower tummy and back cramps. My cycles are regular 28 day.

Hi From cycle day 26 to Cycle day 28 my wife had pale pink/brown spotting Today:  Cycle day 29 : she has 100.5 fever Is this normal ? Can she take paracetamol for fever ? Why is she having spotting and fever If it is implantation bleeding then is this fever safe for the embryo? Thanks.
