I usually get regular periods lasting 2-3 days. These are my usg findings: Multiple tiny cysts/ follicles 5-6 mm in size,8-10 in number are noted in subcapsular location and scattered in stroma of both ovaries. The stroma is hypertrophied and echogenic. Appearances are suggestive of polycystic morphology. Is it something serious or it can be controlled with mild exercise and diet control?

Polycystic appearance of ovaries forms one part of PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrome)...few other parameters also need to be checked.Diet and exercise are sufficient to take care in mild cases.U can get connected to discuss
