How can I take primolut n tablet for delaying my periods  for 3 days ... my lmp date is expected to occur on 2 May.. so from when should I take it

Uterus is bulky and measures 10.9×5.9×5.7cm . endometrium of 9.3mm thickness.a focal heterogeneous area of size 30×31mm is seen in the anterior myometrium of the uterus indenting upon the endometrium with tiny cystic changes.a small fibroid of size 10×11mm is seen in the posterior myometrium of the uterus.small nobthain cyst are seen in the cervix. Left ovary shows a complex cyst of size 27×31mm No free fluid is seen in POD. Right ovary measures 5.2 cc. Hi, my relative recently went through ultrasound tests . After ultrasound one of the doctor is saying that baby pooped in the womb so have to do the c section operation immediately.  We went to other doctor for ultrasound and the person is saying that everything is normal and nothing happend , he even told that ultrasound machine cannot detect if baby pooped or not? What should he do? Can ultrasound machine detect if baby pooped in womb?
