I have started taking progynova to increase my endometrium thickness on day 10 and on day 14 it was 10.1mm. Today is my day 16. Should I still continue taking progynova 2mg tab and till when?

I got my periods on 3rd Aug and my due date for this period cycle was 30th Aug. today is 3rd Sept and I have missed my period . Hi. This is my first cycle trying to conceive. I am having lower backpain from past 10 days after my ovulation. Having strong leg cramps and stomach cramps sometimes. I have always white discharge just 3-4 days prior to my period. I am expecting my next period in 2 days but there is no discharge at all. May I know what should be done?
