Pregnancy and Infertility

I have severe burning sensation in upper right breast and also in the upper right back. It has been there for 2 years now. It persists all 24 hrs. I can't sit, stand. The pain is unbearable. Physiotherapy has not helped at all. HRCT has found accessory muscle. See the report attached. Should I consult any breast surgeon for this or any other speciality would help on this ?

What is breakthrough bleeding/ withdrawal bleeding...Does withdrawal bleeding occur after taking emergency contraceptive pills?...and after how many days this bleeding occurs
