Is it fine if i consume coconut water during the process of medical abortion? It wont harm the process right?

I took my first dose of medical abortion today ( Mifepristone ) and since a few days there has been slight pain near my pelvic region but now it's increased. What could be the cause??

Is it easy for the females with bilateral pcod to ovulate every month without any medicine? How likely it can happen?

Hello Doctors Good Morning! My LMP was on 17th July 2023. I have not got ky periods yet. I got a beta hcg test done on 26th August 2023. The test report says my hcg level is 2.69. I still haven't got my periods yet. I delivered a baby girl on 17th February 2023. I am not exckusively breastfeeding her. My periods started coming every month starting 8th April. From 8th April till 17th July my periods came eveey month, just the dates changed but this month it didn't show up atall. I have attached my b-hcg report screenshot here. PFA Regards

I am a mother of a 3 year old. I have pcod and since 8-9 years I have been facing irregular periods. But my days of periods have never lasted for more than 5 days . But this time I got my periods after 2 months, the flow was good on 1st and 2nd day and then it slowly reduced till yesterday morning (6th day) when suddenly while taking bath I realised I am bleeding still, this again reduced overnight and today (7th day) I initially didn't put pad after bath but then I realised I am again bleeding.. I am very worried .. should I show a doctor immediately? Is it cancer ?
