Both husband and wife has 9qh+ chromosomal polymorphism karyotype and had failed ivf with miscarriages what are the next steps and how to avoid early miscarriages is there any treatment for above 9qh+ heterochromatin polymorphism

Usually I get my periods 2 days before the last cycle. This time I have not got my periods even after 1 day of my cycle. What can be the cause?

Dear doctors, i have been on letroz 2.5 mg bid since 2nd day of period for 5 days. I have been on follicular scanning since day 8 since we are going for iui this time . Trigger shot was given when my follicle size is at 22mm on day 12 and doctor said we will go for double iui later . Today again we did scan and my follicle size is 27 mm and doctor said single iui is fine no need for double iui as she is confident it will rupture next day and single iui is fine . Is iui done before follicle rupture or after? And 27mm is an over mature follicle ? I read in Practo reports that some doctors saying it's a cyst and generally 22 mm is an ideal size? Is the over mature follicle due to letroz? Also is iui done before follicle rupture or later?

Hi doctor, I am 29 years old, having 2year baby. I have irregular menstrual cycle, my gp prescribed norimin tablet. Today supposed to end active pills but from today afternoon I started spotting. I have been taking it on time without missing a tablet. I am using this tablet for the first time. From last 20days there was no spotting but today it started spotting. Is it due to body adjusting to new harmones..? I am currently living in uk, it is difficult to get scan without gp approval. Thanks in advance

I have mild pcos so my periods are irregular . My period start date in April was : 17th April . And period start date in may was : 21st April . Then in June and July I didn't get my periods and got them in august after taking periods starting medication on 10th august . How to predict my ovulation day in such cases ?? In april when I did the ovulation test , I got a positive on cycle day 19th . This month I started tracking my ovulation quite late because of some reasons. So I don't know when my ovulation day was . Can I still ovulate ? Today I am on cycle day 22 .

I took an ipill last month n got my periods 7days earlier than due date ,after exactly 30 days of my last period I got period this month, now my flow is extremely heavy , more than the usual bleeding I ways had ,what might be the reason ? I have a 9 months old baby
