No symptom at 8 weeks
I don't have any symptoms in 8 weeks and am also have good appetite. I had minor symptom last few weeks. Previous week scan showed all ok. Now I am concerned if this is any issue. Should I do the beta HCG test to see if hormones r growing ?

You should do beta HCG. That is the only way to avoid unnecessary tension.
