Pregnancy and Infertility

I started my period on 18th Oct and my last period had come on 19th September. But I had symptoms of mumps on sane day. Mumps progressed but my bleeding was minimal. Has my cycle changed due to mumps.

I myself planning to conceive jan23.gine through 3 ovaluation studies ...Hcg injection ruptured everything happenwd..but result was not positive.. After that gynaec recommended Hsg test ...done with that ...the report is attached please go through the report..what next should we do... should we take now some break for natural try to conceive..or some other treatment should take and what should we do next

At my 28th week scan, it was shown my baby's AC was at 9th percentile and overall EFW is 979g at 15th percentile. Other parameters are fine. Does this mean there's some problem ? Doppler and liquor is normal. I have gestation diabetes, will this affect baby's growth in any way? What can i do to improve it?

So in last cycle my wife had two follicles 26*24mm and 24*22 mm in left ovary on 19th day but they didn't ruptured even after taking two shots of LUPIN hcg 5000 In this cycle when we go for follicular testing , on 10th day she had 22*14mm and 18*12mm I.e two follicles in left ovary I want to know that these follicles are in left ovary remained from previous cycle or these are new follicles, because on 10th day this big size is it even possible.. as of today follicles grown into 27*21mm and 22*17mm but not ruptured even we took lupin 10000 two days back . I got an ultrasound done which is normal(pls check it's attached) But I have not got periods since June'23 till date,Not even spotting,What to do next? Pls guide Also check the ultrasound and cnfrm me is there anything wrong with it ?

I am suffering from pcos and i am doing gym as well for the weight reduction but my query is if I reduce weight with gym then do I have to go there all my life or I can change my excersice schedule to simple walking and yoga once I reduce weight with gym?

If some one took one paracetamol 650mg before 10 hr of taking beta heg test is that going to affect  beta HCG test result
