Hello doctor. From since last 3days while passing motion blood in motion seen. Drops like blood passes through motion 5months back i have c section delivery. Iam healthy and active except this problem pls give me suggestions doctor how to cure it. Pls rply me

My mother went through the pelvis ultrasound and going through the menopause phase. Her age is 48 and symptoms like the last 11 days of bleeding(sometimes heavy bleeding). Does the report look normal ? The doctor is saying she needs to go for the uterus removal procedure. Is it really required or with medicine  it can be controlled ? P.S : Appreciate if I can get an answer if it really needs an operation or this is normal in the menopause phase. TIA

I am trying tp concieve. My Usg pelvis report shows both bilateral bulky ovaries with polycystic ovarian appearance. Right ovary - 4.3*2.9*3.1cm volume21cc Left ovary- 4.6*3.1*3.4cm volume 26cc On day 2 of periods, fsh is 6.47 and LH is 6.67. My gynaecologist put me on dronis 20 for 21 days along with calcium,multivitamins and folic acid. But this medication is for birth control. Please suggest if i am on the correct path. Unable to understand why doctor put me on birth control.
