Increased Myometrium Vascular flow
Today usg was done of my wife as instructed by doctor. There it was found that "Increased myometrial vascular flow" with smooth and homogeneous myometrium. It is a major concern for conception? The report is enclosed herewith for your advice please. We want baby through natural conception at the earliest then what to do now? Laproscopy or trying with medicine?

Hi. If you are planning pregnancy, it’s better to get the polyp removed from your uterus as it may interfere with the conception. It will be done hysteroscpically. It’s not a big concern, totally treatable one. Don’t worry

The most important concern in the Ultrasound findings is the polyp which needs to be removed pregnancy may not happen in the presence of the polyp

As such no complications would be there. If possible get the polyp removed. Rest all is fine
