Is Nari Urja safe for women to consume daily. It's a product of unicare. Plz assist. It's ayurvedic. So can I take it

IMPRESSION * Mild hepatomegaly. * Minimal free fluid in POD - ? PID. UTERUS: Uterus is normal in size, outline having normal echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Midline echo of uterus is normal (ET = 0.6 cm). Uterine cavity is empty. Cervix is normal. Uterus measures = 7.5 x 4.4 x 3.3 cm. ADNEXA: No adnexal mass lesion is seen. Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture. Right ovary = 2.4 x 2.2 cm. Left ovary = 3.2 x 1.8 cm.

Is there any treatment for pid in homeopathy or ayurvedic that gives completely recovery from the disease without recurrence?

Hi, Today is Day 42 of my cycle. Did UPT yesterday evening (bottom strip)and then again today morning(top strip) and I see pink line on it. Does this indicate positive? My normal cycle length is 32-35 days and I have missed it.
