Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi, I took letrozole 2.5 from day 3-8, and then did follicular monitoring. Here were the findings-: 1. Day 11- 14*9 2. Day 13- 15*13 3. Day 15- ruptured Is this a good egg size to conceive.

My lmp is 27/08/23 so I went to get myself checked .tsh 16.54 and also my doctor is telling me that I May be have pcos he told me that the attached reports  is suggesting Pcos .but my ultrasound reports didn't suggest pcos . Also I took meprate 10 MG for 5 days 2 times when do I get periods after stopping these tablets ? I started taking it on 26th Oct to 30th Oct 2023 . And also do I really have pcos ? And my ears face hands neck have  darkened alot and also i have acne on my cheeks neck . So why my skin is changing it's colour .I have lost my skin color alot. is this because of pcos ? Or thyroid or any other problems ? Please clear my doubts .

I have been having scanty periods from last year. The blood flow on the 1st day - quite less with red and brown blood, 2nd day- Normal regular flow with blood clots 3rd day - just some patches of red and brown blood 4th day - just a few drops or NO blood at all 5th day - no blood at all . I have consulted gynaecologist and she gave some medicines but still the flow is not becomes proper. Through test she found out I have minor pcos but she has not given any medication for that. Please suggest

Prolonged periods of 10days. Spotting on other days. I am sure to bleed more if I am physically active, even if it's walking for 30mins. Feeling very sleepy. Mood swings

Hi I am prescribed with ISP kit by my doctor but I went to clinic in afternoon , should I wait for next day as I have not taken 1st tablet after breakfast or can I take rest two tablets ( noon and night) and 1st tablet the next day

I am 13 weak pregnent and in the scan I have found this retroplacental hematoma I have bleeding brownish discharge from 3 days bleeding is stopped now I have taken injection initially I have visited a gynac and he gave me dydrowell dygestrone 10mg tablet and foltage9 and I was bleeding so I visited the gynac near me she gave me taraxemaic acid and mefenamic acid tablet for three days and pantacrav dsr and ferasxi and an progesterone injection so now can i take dyrowell tablet or is this retroplacental hematoma danger to my baby please help me

My mom age 49 started bleeding after 1 year of menopause. The bleeding was heavy and I did teleconsultation. Doctor suggested TVS ultra sound. I am attaching the reports. Please suggest what is the next step. She is still facing spotting and intaking medicine to stop the menstrual flow as suggested in the telecommunication.
