I am a lactating mother of 5 months old .Normal delivery and have got my first periods after delivery by two weeks before and please confirm that can I take ipill as a precaution while breastfeeding.

I am using letrozole from past 7 mnths. I noticed my period flow is reduced to 2-3 days with 2 days flow and spotting on 3rd day. And last month i took letrozole and duphaston for 10 days. I got period yesterday and flow is very less and color is dark brown black kind of. Till last year my period flow was good and use to get cramps now noticing reduced(bleeding and cramps) I am scared can you pls help me . Also yesterday i got very light dark brown bleeding without any cramps . Is this periods or implantation?today is my period date Pls suggest here

This is the first time I experiencing long periods. Today is 13 th day of my period. Usually I will have 6 to 7 days only. But this time it's too long. I just had a lifestyle change of intermittent fasting. What could be the reason for my long periods.. ? I am worried so much !!

My HSG was done and both tubes were found to be open but there's swelling in one tube. I was prescribed antibiotics with placentrex injections for 14 days by my doctor. Will it help me in conceiving??

Hello experts, My baby is nearly 2months old, due to some health reasons I was unable to feed my baby through breast for 2weeks, resulting I have completely lost my milk supply, also my baby got detached through my breast, tried pacifying and make him drink, he is unable to latch, in that case I have to give him formula, can you please help like what can I have so that I can get my milk supply back, is the the stop of my milk, do I need to drink milk, (earlier use to do that when my supply was good, but baby got very bad gas problem so stopped having milk )please suggest if I can drink milk with shatavari granules? If yes then what is the quantity, any tablets I can have to get back my supply, is it still possible to get my milk back?

Hello, Today I went for Ntscan and came to know the cervix lenght is 2.70cm. Last time also I had miscarriage bcoz of short cervix now after6 days will get stitches . What precautions should I take. Please let me know.

I am attaching my ultrasound report from follicular study which i am undergoing. Ultrasound report contains report of cycle day 10 and 12 .(27 & 29 oct 2023) My AMH value is 4.30 ng/mL.(24 oct 2023) Also i was given 1 HUCOG 5000 injection on 11 day of my cycle.(28 oct 2023) Does this suggest i have to go for IUI? I am worried. Kindly help.
