Chances of pregnancy are very low. It is going to be dangerous because by now she might have developed so many age related Medical Disorders. The pregnancy will have to be sustained by heavy doses of steroid hormones. The Medical Disorders will be worsened. From where is she going to get the ovum ?

Chances depend on the presence of previous pregnancies , any associated conditions like diabetes, high BP, heart problems. With donor embryos, there is a good chance of pregnancy
