I have been taking unani.... But if I stop taking it periods become irregular again...so diet plan I need

I have pcod since 2 year and I had normoz tablet and abcod obis sachet for 9 months and then I stop again I did USC the dr told me to continue the same tablet and sachet I'm taking the tablet and sachet since 1 years and we are trying to conceive but no luck

I took mtp kit on may 30 and got periods in june 1st. but in july i.e this month till not get periods

I have been marraide since 4 month but my wife every month getting her period regural please help me on the same

My wife who had Pcod since last 3 years now diagnosed with genital TB after laparoscopy with blocked fallopian tube.

I am in fertility treatment for 3 month initially my LH value is 11.36 and FH 7.3..my doctor suggest pills and when I took test yesterday it reduced to LH 7.96 and FSH 10.3 my doctor said your LH level is on control now we can see egg growth..I just need to knew whether I still need to reduce my LH level ?? Is it possible to conceive with this LH

Dear Doctor, I am 35 yrs female and husband is 37yr. It is been 5 years that we are married. We are trying to conceives since a year without success.
