I had consulted a doctor who adviced a test of CA-125 ,MY result was 403.5 u/ml where the normal is 35 u/ml.is this cancer? I have fibroid measuring 7*8 cm. Right ovaries cyst 8*8 cm . Please advice what to do. I am 44 years opd
