My Wife's 14th day USG scan shows Follicles as F1, F2 ruptured and F3 - 0.8x0.9 cm, endometrial thickness - 8.2 mm. Her previous USG scan of Day 11th showed F1 - 1.8x1.9, F2 - 1.6x1.6 and F3 - 0.6x0.6 , EM - 8.3 mm. What should I make out of this report? She has only one ovary. What are the chances of conceiving in this cycle?
