Pregnancy and Infertility

I have aparaovarian cyst of 4.54 * 4.07 cm. My gync recommended for operation but my inlaws want to go fir ayurvedic treatment. Plz help me choosing the right path. This cyst is persisting from past 3 to 4 years and has grown by time.

Last periods date is 30th may.. But i did get my periods still.. So i am worrying.. My age is 28 and i have one child.. So i dont want conceive.. Kindly suggest to get my periods

Hello Doctor, I am consulting regarding " Not Conceiving". My LMP was on 3rd June, Then it came again on 19th June. we consulted dictor at that time and they suggested that it can be the ovulation bleeding and gave few medicines and told to wait till 3rd July. Now I have conducted my Beta HCG- Blood test and it shows negative and have not got my periods these days. can you please suggest if this can be a pregancy or not. It is also not showing positive in prega news kit.

I did anamoly scan in 18 weeks 1day everything is normal instead dilated fetal stomach and placenta grade ll ..is it thing to worry????

I had abortion on 24th may and it was bleeding and cramp etc as happens in abortion. I went for TVS on 6th july as per doctor's prescription . That time my bleeding was almosy gone, just lite brown discharge was there. But after TVS on 6th july , after 2 days it stared bleeding like periods. Is it my periods or some other bleeding ?

My query- I had my D&C on May 25th. After that I was put on progesterone pills.It didn't suited me so I cam off that.I had bleeding from 9th June till 13 June. Before miscarriage my cycles were 35 days regular.When can I expect my period? How long I need to wait?
