My sister have been absence of bleeding during her menstrual cycle please tell me what is reason and how to overcome?

After taking primoult i didnt get my period .today the second day of it . i complted my medicine on 10th july. what to do? i only have abdomen pain and totally white watery dischrge

Hi doctor. We are trying to conceive since January 2017. But after April 2017, my periods have become so irregular. I am facing issue of bleeding a week after my last period end date. This has happened almost 6-7 time continue. Bleeding is not much heavy not much low. It's dark red in color. I am unable to figure out why suddenly this is happening earlier my cycle was avg 35-40 days but now it has become so short to 13 days. We are very tensed. I hope this is not a symptom of any  problem.

I'm presribed Metroniadazole 500mg 2x a day for 7 days & was not given specifics. How many hours apart should I be taking this medication?

I'm on Femodene pills&wondering could I take a pill-free break for only 3days&then go onto my next packet? Or is it best 2 have a 4day period&then have my next packet? I've read that it's better to shorten your pill-free period than to shorten the contraceptive pills. Sois it safe&will it effect my body if I only have a 3day period&take next packet
